We combine a fat loss dietary plan and a Natural HGH Releaser to achieve optimum weight loss.

The Fat loss dietary plan is about balancing protein to your current weight, decrease carbohydrate using low GI (Glycemic index, glucose content of foods). This increases ketosis which is your bodies fat burning method, where fat is being broken down and used as energy.

Natural HGH Complex releases more of your own Human Growth Hormone which helps to break down body fat as well as building lean muscle (which gives your body that sculptured look).

There are so many other areas that HGH also works for weight loss, it increases metabolism which in turn speeds up weight loss and it helps to balance your hormonal system which certainly can interfere with your loss of weight.

Click on the link to read more about the Fast weight loss plan,

Just remember that the diet is only ever for a short term weight loss, just to help bring your body back into balance and then it is all about a balanced healthy eating pattern. The fast weight loss plan should never be used long term.

Baseball pitcher legend Roger Clemens is accused of taking HGH (human growth hormone), according to recent news reports.

Human Growth Hormone is banned by the MLB (Major League Baseball) for good reason, Studies link HGH injections to risky side effects, such as liver, thyroid damage, heart enlargement, cancer, increased risk of diabetes and diabetic coma

But Clemens didn't have to risk these dangerous side effects and possible banning from the game of baseball.

There is a better alternative and could have given him many of the benefits of HGH without any of the side effects of the injectable.

HGH releaser are a safe, natural alternative to HGH. The reason they are safe is because they are made up of amino acids, which are naturally occurring in many of the foods we eat and natural supplements that we take.

HGH releaser are effective because they work within the body to produce HGH naturally.

I found this article about increasing your Arginine with watermelon juice.
Imagine drinking watermelon juice and taking Natural HGH Complex as well, it would certainly be an potent little mixture

Arginine to Prevent Erectile Dysfunctional, Lower Blood Pressure, Improve Insulin Sensitivity.

One more reason to enjoy watermelon is its exceptional high levels of citrulline, an amino acid our bodies use to make another amino acid, Arginine, which is used in the urea cycle to remove ammonia from the body, and by the cells lining our blood vessels to make nitric oxide. Nitric oxide not only relaxes blood vessels, lowering high blood pressure, it is the compound whose production is enhanced by Viagra to prevent Erectile dysfunction. Arginine has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity in obese type 2 diabetic patients with insulin resistance. Am J Physiol Endocrinol Metab. 2006 Nov:291(5):E906-12. In volunteers drinking three 8 ounce glasses of watermelon juice daily for 3 weeks, blood levels of Arginine (synthesized from Citrulline provided by the watermelon) were 11% higher in controls. Volunteers who drank six 8 ounce glasses of watermelon juice daily for 3 weeks had Arginine levels 18% higher than controls. Nutrition. 2007 Mar;23(3):261-6

Here is another article on watermelon juice and increased Arginine levels but also increased Ornithine levels as well.

USDA researchers report that eating watermelon increases blood amino acid arginine concentration in humans.

Arginine is essential for the synthesis of nitric oxide, proline and creatine which are on their own right required for various biological processes. For example, nitric oxide helps relax vascular vessels and improves immune function. Proline is essential for joint function and wound healing. Creatine plays important roles in neurologic and muscular functions.

The nutrient in watermelon responsible for the increased plasma arginine level is called citrulline. On average, watermelon flesh contains 1.5 mg citrulline per g.

Citrulline, an amino acid, is a precursor for the synthesis of arginine. An intake of 1 kg of watermelon flesh provides enough citrulline for the synthesis of 40% of the mean daily arginine intake ( 3.8 g) by an American adult.

The study subjects (healthy, non-smoking, 12 men and 11 women, 36–69 years old), were treated with controlled diet and 0 (control), 780 (equivalent to 1 g citrulline), or 1560 (equivalent to 2 g of citrulline) grams of watermelon juice per day. The treatments lasted for three weeks. Compared with the control treatment, fasting plasma arginine concentrations increased 12% and 22% after 3 weeks of the lower-dose watermelon and the higher-dose watermelon treatments, respectively.

Furthermore, the higher dose watermelon juice increased plasma ornithine level by 18%.

The study was published in the Journal of Nutrition on the March 2007 edition.

Here is an interesting article I came across, let me know what you think of it.

CAN we beat ageing with DHEA? The claims for this "magic" hormone - which include increased sex drive and skin improvements - are extraordinary. Some studies show that DHEA has a positive effect on depressed patients.

DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) is synthesised in the adrenal glands and sent to the ovaries and testes: levels usually peak around the age of 25. But some doctors believe that by artificially boosting levels the hormone's health and youth-promoting effects can be maximised through the middle years and into old age.

The potential youth-promoting effects of DHEA are less well publicised than other hormones such as oestrogen. However, tests on mice demonstrated that those bred for obesity did not become obese when given DHEA, those bred for breast cancer did not develop the disease, and those that were old acquired glossier fur. Trials of the hormone on elderly patients showed that the hormone improved memory and helped prevent muscle wasting, weakness and trembling

One of the few practitioners specialising in anti-ageing, nutrition and dermacosmotology in London is the French practitioner Dr Daniel Sister. He has private practices in Paris, Los Angeles, and London and has published four books on anti-ageing and weight loss in America and France.

A low libido is one of the most common complaints of his women patients and he says DHEA produces remarkable improvements in sexual drive. "It will never make an old person young but it does have a strong effect on increasing energy levels, improving sleep, reducing fat and balancing the whole body." Taking DHEA, says Dr Sister, could help those in their fifties attain peak condition, countering the weight gain that comes as their metabolism slows down and hormone levels drop.

Despite claims that DHEA might create other problems, Dr Sister believes DHEA is harmless and that "30 years of study have shown no health dangers".

DHEA is only part of the human hormone picture. As we age, levels of human growth hormone (HGH) decrease. Dr Sister examines each patient's hormone levels and offers treatments based on the need for an HGH "releaser" - a concentrated mix of the amino-acids Arginine, Methionine and lysine.

His work is of particular interest to women on the verge of menopause. Most approach their GP wondering whether or not to take hormone replacement therapy. If there are no contra-indications, most will be offered HRT as a way of preventing osteoporosis. However, finding the method that suits each individual can take years. The NHS does not offer blood tests that measure hormone levels, and if one pill produces headaches or has a bloating effect, another is prescribed until the "correct" one is found.

I found Dr Sister's individual approach far preferable. I tried his human growth hormone releaser for three months, lost weight and, according to my friends, looked healthier. My nails strengthened, my hair growth improved and my occasional hot flush disappeared.

Dr Sister's treatment stimulates the body to release its own hormones. He claims that his human growth hormone releasers - what he calls "cosmetic surgery in powder" - cause fine lines to disappear, deeper wrinkles to recede and facial fat to decrease. Even brown ageing spots are said to disappear.

Together, HGH releaser and DHEA may prove an important option in enhancing the lives of middle-aged and elderly people. DHEA can be bought on the internet and in health shops. But such supplements must be linked to individual characteristics and changing needs. Taking one without looking at your whole metabolic and hormonal picture is like putting sticking plaster on a major wound.

Human Growth Hormone: Turning Back the Hands of Time

Total Health Breakthroughs

February 15, 2008

By Al Sears, MD

Your body produces an abundance of a natural rejuvenator when you're young. But woe to us all; it
then gradually tapers off with each passing year: It's called human growth hormone or HGH for short.

Kick HGH production back into high gear and it will literally rejuvenate every cell in your body – and
reverse many of the consequences of aging such as...

Loss of energy

Thinning skin/wrinkles

Muscle and bone loss

Decreased sexual performance

Impaired vision

Weakened immune system

You may have heard about HGH recently. It has gotten a lot of coverage in the press because of all the
steroid scandals plaguing Major League Baseball (even though it's not a steroid). Because it can give
players an unfair competitive edge, it's illegal in professional baseball. This has stirred up a lot of
confusion and unnecessary controversy.

The fact is, HGH is perfectly safe and there's plenty of clinical proof of its anti-aging power.

The watershed study that put HGH on the map came out in 1991 in the prestigious New England Journal
of Medicine.1 In just 6 months, researchers transformed 12 weak, overweight, and lethargic men aged
61 to 81 into lean, strong, energized male specimens.

The doctor who led the study, Daniel Rudman, wrote, "The effects of six months of human growth hormone
on lean body mass and adipose-tissue [fat] mass were equivalent in magnitude to the changes incurred during
10 to 20 years of aging." In other words, HGH turned back the clock decades for the men in the study after
only 6 months of hormone therapy. Here are a few of the results Rudman's team observed:

Increase in Lean Body Mass (Muscle): 8.8%

Total Fat Loss: 14.4%

Thickening of Skin: 7.1%

Increase of Bone Density (Lumbar Spine): 1.6%

New Liver Growth: 19%

New Spleen Growth: 17%

Since Rudman's groundbreaking work, the evidence of HGH's effectiveness has steadily mounted. Its
ability to heal and restore your body is no myth. It has a powerful impact in many areas of health:

Immune System: One study found that HGH regenerated the shriveled thymus gland in old rats until
it was as large and robust as in young rats. The immune system boost created new antibodies, T-cells
and red blood cells.

Heart Health: HGH improves your cholesterol levels, raising your "good" cholesterol (HDL) and
lowering your "bad" cholesterol (LDL). It also reduces diastolic blood pressure by about 10 percent,
without affecting systolic pressure.

Lung Capacity: HGH improves your heart-lung function by increasing your ability to exercise, raising
your maximum oxygen uptake and boosting your heart's stroke volume (the amount of blood your
heart can pump with one beat).

Sexual Performance: In a study of HGH therapy in 202 aging adults, 75 percent of the men reported
better sex and the ability to do it more often. Sixty-two percent had longer-lasting erections.

While HGH injection therapy is an FDA-approved medical treatment, there are ways you can ramp up
your levels naturally with a few simple steps. Here are two approaches I routinely use in my medical
practice - with great success:
Eat More Protein: HGH levels rise with a high protein diet, especially when combined with exercise
that increases muscle mass. The increase is moderate -- but even a moderate increase can have a
dramatic overall impact.

Perform Strenuous Exercises: Strenuous exercise also increases levels of HGH in your body. Now I'm
NOT talking about a brisk walk around the block. I mean gut-wrenching exercises like heavy squats and
dead lifts. This is not a tip for the faint of heart. If you're athletic and in good shape, give it a try.

There are also a number of widely available supplements that will ignite your body's HGH engine:

Arginine: This is an essential amino acid your body can't make on its own. (Turkey and chicken are
great sources.) Not only does it flip the "on switch" for HGH production; it neutralizes substances
called "somatostatins" that block HGH's anti-aging action. Arginine also helps you burn fat and build
muscle, boosting physical strength and endurance.

You can find Arginine in health food stores and on line, usually as a powder. Take 2 to 5 grams on an
empty stomach one hour before exercise or before bedtime.

Glutamine: This is another amino acid found in high protein foods. Your body relies on it heavily during
times of stress. It also promotes healthy immune and digestive function. Without enough glutamine, your
body starts to lose muscle and your immune system weakens.
Glutamine also raises HGH levels. Researchers from the Louisiana State University College of Medicine
found that just 2 grams of glutamine raised HGH levels more than four times higher than those who took a
placebo.

I usually recommend 2 grams at bedtime for my patients.

Finally, you can opt for HGH injection therapy, which of course requires medical supervision and a
prescription. Looking at this graph, you can see it's highly effective:
Your doctor can only authorize it if you're HGH levels test low. If you're able to proceed with therapy,
ask your doctor to get you a handy HGH cartridge for home use. You won't have to deal with syringes
and needles.

I've used HGH in patients up to 95 years old at my Wellness Center in Florida. And it works.

LOSE BODY FAT

09/02/2008

There are many ways of losing body fat, starting with dieting, exercise and supplementation.

Let’s start with supplementation, over the last 25 years of working as a naturopath in a very busy clinic, I have found the most effective supplement for breaking down body fat is Natural HGH Complex. Not only does this preparation help to break down body fat, but it also picks up your metabolism and helps to balance your hormonal system, I’m sure you would agree that these are two major areas if not working at an optimum will have a large affect on you being able to break down the excess fat on your body.

Natural HGH Complex also builds lean muscle which in turn helps to give you that trim look.

There are so many different ideas on dieting and exercise and I feel that each diet and exercise regime needs a blog on there own, so my aim is not to touch on that subject in this blog, but I came across a very interesting book called “Flip The Switch” which gives a total different slant on breaking down body fat.

Please click on the link and have a read of this book, as I would be very interested to hear from you what you points of view are on what they have written.

So many people have problems with gaining weight whether it is just a few kilos to being obese.

I have found that there our a few obvious factors that effect our bodies, which will tend to make us put on weight.

  • Hormonal Imbalances whether it is related to pre-menopausal or post-menopausal, thyroid or blood sugar problems.
  • Sluggish Metabolism
  • Dietary problems, have a look at our weight loss diet and 7 days of recipes.
  • Lack of exercise
  • Genetics

I have found that one of the most effective supplements for weight Loss is Natural HGH Complex, for the following reasons:

  • First and foremost if helps breakdown body fat.
  • Builds lean muscle which will give your body a better shape
  • Improves metabolism
  • Balances you Hormonally
  • Increases your energy, so that you feel more inclined to exercise
  • Improves your skin, so that as you lose weight your skin will have more elasticity.

Summary

When it comes to weight loss, remember that you need to work on every aspect to get the best results. Let’s look at the big picture, diet, exercise, water (2.5 to 3 litres daily) and Natural HGH Complex will get you there much quicker and more importantly keep you there

You must find it very confusing when you start surfing the net looking for HGH supplements as there are such a varied amount and range quite dramatically in price. I have a huge amount of people emailing and phoning me trying to get their head around this dilemma, as to which HGH supplement works and why.

I prefer to keep it simple, I personally belief that the HGH releasers that are amino acid based ( L-Arginine Pyroglutamate, L/Lysine and L/Ornithine) are the best, but there is a lot more involved than that and that is where it gets complicated.

  • The HGH has to be very high in Arginine and Lysine, approx around 1260gms to 1300gms each amino, but still it does not guarantee an excellent product.
  • It also comes down to the purity of the amino acids; there are quite a few supplements that don’t have the quality amino acids which again would not work as well.
  • The other aspect is having the L/Ornithine in the supplement as this increases the potency of the other two amino acids as well as releasing HGH in its own right.
  • I also feel that it’s important to have Citric Acid and Sodium Bicarbonate in the mix as this will help facilitate the absorption though the stomach.

Now have I completely confused you?

I feel the best way to judge a HGH supplement is:

  • Make sure it has all of the above ingredients.
  • Ask what the ratio of the Amino acids are
  • Most important look at the price, if the product you are looking at is a lot cheaper than the other HGH supplements there is a good chance that the amino acids are not that pure. The biggest cost of the HGH supplements is the L/Arginine Pyroglutamate which if it is pure will be very expensive, therefore if you are looking at a much cheaper product then you are looking at a much cheaper L/Arginine Pyroglutamate.
  • Last but not least if you are still not sure which HGH supplement to choose, try one for a month and see if you feel any changes, you should at least feel more energy, improved sleep, fat burning and a general feeling of well being

Human growth hormone (HGH) is a substance secreted by the pituitary gland that promotes growth during childhood and adolescence. Growth hormone acts on the liver and other tissues to stimulate production of insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I), which is responsible for the growth-promoting effects of growth hormone and also reflects the amount produced. Blood levels of circulating IGF-I tend to decrease as people age or become obese.

Almost every cell in the human body is affected by IGF-I especially cells in muscles, cartilage, bones, liver, kidney, nerves, skins, and lungs. In addition to the insulin-like effects, IGF-I can also regulate cell growth and development, especially in nerve cells, as well as cellular DNA synthesis.

So as you can see by increasing your HGH levels, your increasing the effects of IGF-I, which in turn helps to increase muscle mass as well as rejuvenating the whole body at a cellular level, which in turn helps to keep us younger, fitter and full of vitality.

If you have any stories, comments or personal experiences to add to this blog, I would be interested to hear your point of view on, does HGH increase Muscle mass.

There has been a lot of research into GH (Growth Hormone) and the effects that this hormone has on the body.

Here are just a few effects GH has on the body:

  • Anti-aging
  • Building lean muscle
  • Breaking down body fat
  • Endurance and recovery after exercise
  • Increased Energy
  • Improved sleep

The main point we are looking at today is whether high intensity exercise will increase your GH levels which in turn increases your muscle mass as well as all the other positive effects this hormone has on the body. Here is a review of an article by Wesley C Hymer, Richard E Grindeland, Bradley C Nindl, and William J Kraemer about Growth Hormone Variants and Human Exercise.

I would be interested to hear what you think of the article and also what your point of view is to the question does exercise increase your GH levels.

One of the questions that I’m frequently asked is does homeopathic HGH work.

I have been asked many times in my clinic if homeopathic HGH is as good as the HGH supplements that are base on amino acids. I personally have trialed both supplements and have found that the homeopathic version of HGH does not work anywhere near as effectively as the HGH which is amino acid based.

I have used many different homeopathic preparations in the past for a varied range of complaints and have found that if you get the right potency they are extremely effective, but I don’t see the same results with the Homeopathic HGH.

I would be interested in any comments or feedback from you about your experiences with the homeopathic HGH, or homeopathic HGH verses the HGH which is amino acid based. I would like to hear how you have been feeling while you were on the products and if you feel that the homeopathic HGH is effective or how it stacks up to other forms of HGH on the market

A lot of people ask me how they can increase their HGH levels with just the food they eat. The first thing I tell them is the 3 most important amino acids to help increase your HGH levels are L-Arginine, L-Ornithine and L-Lysine, below are foods that are high in these amino acids.

Foods high in L-Arginine

  • Are plant and soy protein which are much higher in L-Arginine than animal protein.
  • Nuts, sunflower seeds & sesame seeds
  • Chocolate, popcorn & carob
  • Raisins
  • Brown rice, oatmeal & whole wheat bread
  • Gelatin desserts
  • Fermented foods such as miso and yoghurt

Foods high in L-Ornithine

  • Meat
  • Fish
  • Dairy products
  • Eggs

Food sources of L-Lysine

  • Good sources of lysine are foods rich in protein including meat (specifically red meat, pork, and poultry)
  • Cheese (particularly parmesan)
  • Certain fish (such as cod and sardines)
  • Nuts
  • Eggs
  • Soybeans (particularly tofu, isolated soy protein, and defatted soybean flour),
  • Spirulina
  • Fenugreek seed.

Whereas the foods from the above list can help with increasing your HGH levels, at the end of the day you would have to eat a large amount of these foods to make a significant difference.

That’s why we suggest a supplement like Natural HGH Complex that contains these 3 amino acids in the most pure and concentrated form.

HGH and Diabetes

08/10/2007

Another question I get asked a lot is the role HGH plays on Diabetes.

There are a lot of mixed feelings on this subject. Below are a few results from a scientific study using Human Growth Hormone Therapy.

Previous studies, including Dr. Rudman's study using large doses of HGH showed that human growth hormone had caused increased insulin resistance in patients, so diabetics saw an increase in blood glucose levels. Dr. Bengtsson, an endocrinologist in Sweden showed similar results in his 6 week study.

Dr. Bengtsson's study had first shown that HGH caused increased insulin resistance, however, after 6 months of HGH therapy his patient's insulin sensitivity returned to where it had been before the therapy.

This 6 month study showed that HGH did not increase the patient's blood glucose or make the patient diabetic. Dr. Bengtsson says that it may very well be that the improvement in the patient's body composition after 6 months of therapy offset any negative effect that HGH had on insulin.

Keep in mind that the tests above were performed using Human Growth Hormone, not a Natural HGH Releaser.

I have found that using a Natural HGH Releaser does not have any effect on diabetes or any obvious increase in your blood sugar levels that they talk about at the beginning of their studies.

What is hGH

08/10/2007

I have been receiving many questions regarding Hgh and I would like to answer a couple of them now.

What does hGH stands for? Hgh is short for Human Growth Hormone.

Where does hGH come from? hGH is produced in the pituitary gland which is located in the centre of the brain. Human Growth Hormone is one of the most abundant hormones produced by the pituitary gland.

Did you know that hGH is responsible for the physical growth in children?

In Adults as well as children, hGH is essential to maintain healthy body composition and metabolism (in other words, to improve one’s ratio of fat to lean body mass)

The peptide now known as Human Growth Hormone was named “the hormone of growth” in 1912 and was first isolated from primate cadavers in 1941. Also known as somatotropin, hGH consists of 191 amino acids and is the main hormone produced by the pituitary gland. Working in concert with estrogen and testosterone, hGH triggers puberty and regulates normal development. Through a complex feedback loop involving hypothalamic control hormones and other regulatory factors, hGH is produced and released into blood circulation. Secretion of all of these hormones naturally dwindles later in life resulting in age-related changes in body composition, energy, sexual function, and essential physiological systems. In theory, replenishing them should slow or reverse some of the degenerative effects of aging.

Antioxidants are chemical substances that help protect against cell damage from free radicals. Some well known antioxidants include vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, selenium, lutien, lycopene, carotenoids, and flavonoids

Did you know that free radicals act as the enemy of our cells? They are the result of a weak bond in a molecule. In simple to understand terms, free radicals are unstable molecules searching for stable molecules to steal electrons from to become stable themselves. When a free radical steals from a stable molecule it converts it into a free radical. This sets off a chain reaction that could result in damage to a living cell.

Do you know where you find natural antioxidants?

Antioxidants can be found in fruits and vegetables, nuts, grains, some meats, fish and poultry. In some foods the antioxidants increase when cooked. The biggest problem I see with getting antioxidants out of our food alone is that large proportions are available in our fruit and vegetables.  Unfortunately, quite often the soil that our fruit and vegetables are grown in is deficient in nutrients to start with.

So I think that supplementation with antioxidants is very important as part of a healthy lifestyle.

It can be confusing when picking the right antioxidant.

There are so many different antioxidants on the market. From my point of view, I believe that you should keep it as natural as possible. Rather than take a pill, have a look for a supplement that has all the raw fruits and vegetable in powder form. A good example of this is Nutritional Health Enterprises Super Greens and Super Reds. These products are 100% natural and …….

The Health Benefits of antioxidants are:

  • Antioxidants help keep skin firm by protecting the skin's collagen and elastic tissue from oxidants or "free radicals" (unstable oxygen molecules) that attack it.
  • Fantastic for anti-aging as antioxidants not only protect your cells from damage but reproduce healthier new cells.
  • Helps in preventing cancer
  • Boosts the immune system
  • Protects against heart disease

Summary

Imagine if you combined antioxidants for the health of your cells and Natural HGH Complex for releasing more of your own Human Growth Hormone. Taken in combination with each other I would say you had a fantastic anti-aging regime and that you not only should look and feel younger but have a better quality of life.

How she could slow down the aging process

I find this is one of the most commonly asked questions in my clinic and my answer to her was "Yes, I believe that there are many ways in which to slow down the aging process".
The one way to turn back the clock that I believe is the most effective is therapy with Human Growth Hormone releasers.

Here is an excellent article on the effects of Human Growth hormone and anti-aging. But, if you read through you will find that there are nasty side effects from using the hormone therapy.

So I put this question to you: What if you could increase your Human Growth Hormone naturally with no side effects or contra-indications? Would you give it a try?

Over the last 8 years I have spent a lot of time looking into this issue. Through utilising past research and clinical tests conducted through my clinic, I have found that HGH releasers are the next best thing to hormone therapy.

Imagine if you were able to take a natural supplement that helped to increase your release of Human Growth Hormone with no nasty side effects. I would say that it would be a win, win situation.

Would'nt it be great to have plenty of energy, vitality and to look and feel younger.

There are other areas you can look into for anti-aging. For example, vitamins, antioxidants, phytonutrients, herbs, and dietary changes, used in combination with the HGH releasers certainly help to slow down the aging process. Leading a balanced life with exercise, healthy eating and a positive outlook also plays an important role. I will talk more about these in the next blog.

I have found that a high percentage of HGH formulations on the market today are made up of 2 amino acids (Arginine Pyroglutamate and L/Lysine)
With all the research I have compiled on HGH formula's I have found that adding the third amino acid L/Ornithine into the formulation at the right potency and purity, helps to not only release more of your Human Growth Hormone, but improves the potency of the Arginine Pyroglutamate and L/Lysine.

I have used both fomulation in my clinic in the last 7 years and have found that the Natural HGH Complex is far more effective as a releasor than the other products that have only the two amino acids.
